5 For the living know that they will die,
but the dead know nothing;

and even the memory of them is forgotten.

    Amos. “I spurn your feasts…away with your noisy songs…but let justice flow like water.”

    Job is a pretty fun read too. The moral of the story is a little strange though.

    Ecclesiastes is a great book, but you might also want to check out one of Paul’s, “for it is appointed for man to die once, then the judgment.”

    Agreed.

    Ecclesiastes, Job and Jonah.

    Edit: Add Habakkuk to the list.

    I would have to say I believe only the Old Testament because I worship Yahweh only but besides that my favorite book….is probably going to be Exodus. When Moses goes to MT Sinai I believe based on my reading theory that Moses seen Yahweh descend to MT Sinai in a UFO.

    Not a great fan of First Corinthians but the Love Poem is a knockout.
