…the “good” Slovaks, that is.
Not the denizens of Blava’s “Petrzalka” or those who put the beat on good Hungarian-Slovaks. To you, this doesn’t apply. You can click onto your favorite Hungarian-hating neo-NSDAP site of your choosing… What you’re about to hear, my babies, is the way Havel himself would have presented his thoughts and views had he a chance to speak candidly, openly, without banal political correctness, international fawning, Frankenspeak, and general political puffery and niceties which pass as discourse for most ex-politicos in any country. What I’m about to say is the way Havel would have spoken to you had he bumped into you in a bar over a simple brewski sometime during the 1970s, when he didn’t give a chimpanzee’s *** or a bullcrap what people thought about him or how ******** or raw his pronouncements were, back in the day when he needed to convey his views clearly, succinctly, and without fuzzy dialogue. This is on a par with holy manifesto saintly Jan Hus’ (John Hus, John of Hus — AMEN!!!) the Husstie Mack Daddy Fighter-Philosopher-King, would have professed to his Hussite bros minutes before being set on fire on Konstanz/Constance by a lynch mob, victim to the ever-perfidious papal schemers and the tyrannical dictatorship of the Pope and Rome. Damn them! You are not necessarily going to like what I’m about to say. Oh no… And Slovaks — the good and honest non Hlinka-ist ones who don’t bow to the altar of Tiso and Hlinka in Zits, oops …

Stalin: THE MUSICAL Part 2 **because of the audio muting, here’s the beginning dialogue** Lenin: As I write this last will and testament, I have to say that no one can fill my shoes. Not Kamenev, not Zinoviev, and ESPECIALLY not Stalin. *dies* Zinoviev: Kamenev, this letter says some pretty nasty stuff about us. It could ruin our careers! Looks like Trotsky might be taking the top spot. Kamenev: You’re right Zinoviev. Well, at least we know it won’t be Stalin. Zinoviev: Yeah, he’s just a secretary. Kamenev: Well, looks like nobody’s going to be needing to see this. Zinoviev: Let’s keep that hidden. Stalin: Lenin! He’s dead….good. I want only to be his loyal, humble apostle!

This is my last will and testament. I had a few cokes that day, I was on a sugar high. Don’t ask where it all came from. The one running the camera is my sis and the “interviewer” in the cool chair is my cousin.

Retired California Superior Court Judge Eugene Hyman discusses representing yourself in Family Court. Representing yourself in any type of legal matter without the benefit of legal counsel is referred to as acting “Pro Se”. Pro Se (pronounced ‘pro say’) literally means “on one’s own behalf” — you choose to act on your own without hiring an attorney. Legal self representation applies to more than just court proceedings; actions like creating a Last Will and Testament, filing a Deed, handling your own Divorce or filing for Bankruptcy all fall under the pro se category, provided you complete the legal forms and file the paperwork without the advice or representation of a lawyer. WHAT TYPE OF PEOPLE REPRESENT THEMSELVES? A variety of legal organizations and bar associations have conducted studies of self-represented litigants, and these studies show that a wide variety of individuals rely upon themselves for handling their legal issues: • Persons with lower than average incomes are more likely to represent themselves. • A significant portion of self-represented individuals report they could have afforded to hire an attorney to represent them, but that they chose not to do so. • Some studies show that those who represent themselves are far more likely to be satisfied with the legal process than those who are represented by attorneys. • Three quarters of those who represented themselves in court said they would do it again before they hired an attorney.
