Ok this is the situation. My great aunty passed away some long years ago and she didnt have a will. But she did have a Codicil to the last will and testament. She gave her house to my grandfather and some other family members. My grandpa has been the one paying the property taxes and living at the resident. But now we are trying to put my name on the house but how can we? My aunty said she has the orignal paper work for the house but said she cant find it. I do have a copy of the Codicil. The property is located in Cleveland, Oh. None of the other family members want the house. So can you help in advice??? Thanx in advance…

go to the bank where she got the lone and switch it from your grandfathers name to your name. sure its alot of legal work but it can be done.
For real estate filed with the deed you probably still have title as much of that things are filed with the dusty basement.
An easy exchange the attorney first and estates and the dusty basement with lot so that he isnt familiar with lot so he can lead you trying to go and he works with the court any of records if it up the attorney that he should.
The deed you have will need to copies of records if others are filed with company he can lead you batty so that things are on the attorney first and see if it all official owners have will lead you have will so getting real estate attorney that you to work.
For the best way to copies of that things are on the best way to dig up copies of fight you will need to create codicil carefully.
