So in turn he is kicking me off the family home property(seperate but part of estate) now after somehow convincing my mother that the family home and property must be sold to meet a loan obligation(2nd mortgage) that was taken out on the family home.I have been taking care of my grandmother and mother in the capacity of caretaker for the last 20 years.Need answers on what to do about this executor and will change issue.

My grandmothers lawyer who helped her change her last will is also the executors attorney. So going to this attorney is useless effort for me. I remember as far back as when i was 16 hearing from gma and gpa that i was to become executor of her estate when both have passed! My mother is not too business savvy so she would not be executor at that time. Please give me some answers as to what direction to go. I haven’t the money(being caretaker for last 20 years) to hire an attorney to help me in this matter!! Please please help me!!!
