I mean why they dont make a law that will limit the inheritance of an animal, no matter what kind it is, lets say $500,000 maximum is allowed for the dog, $200,000 for a bird, or $1m for a croc…

You know what Im saying? Theres should be maximum set allowed for an animal to inherit wealth, not all the wealth of an ill person, who follows the stupid advice of his atty. Just because this atty, wants the power to hold the money…when this rich ill man dies, the atty, has the power to hold the money and he himself can withdraw money from the bank without any consent from anyone…

It maybe his money, but when he dies, its not his anymore.

It should belong to his children not to the dogs, just because he was brainwashed by the atty, so that the atty can handle the money.
Think it this way, I know a friend, his father is ill and is dying, he made a will to put all his fortune to his dogs, and the fortune will be taken care of the atty.

This idea came from his atty, because his atty made him angry with his sons and daughters, the atty manipulated the ill man, so that he would not give his wealth to his children, and they cant do anything about it, because their father was already brainwashed.

So do you mean to say, just because a man was ill and brainwashed, and put his $250m fortune to his dog, c/o his atty, because he was manipulated by his atty, should this will testament be followed?

I dont think so, my point here is to put a limit for an animal to inherit fortune….

Theres should be a maximum amount, and the rest will be given to his children no matter if theres a will testament…

Because simply, an ill rich man could simply be brainwashed by his atty…specially when he is angry with his childrens? it doesnt make sense…
I mean, ok Father could be angry to his children, but to take away their inheritance and give it to the dogs?

Is unreal and it only happens when they were brainwashed by their atty…and what happens next when the animal benificiary died? The money goes to the atty….right!?

This is a clear brainwashing and manipulation of an ill person….but they cant get a proof of this, because the old ill man is dead already, and he cant speak for himself before he died…

my take on this is NO. I think that beneficiaries should always be the immidiate family, no matter what, and the government should have been keen on this to put a law that limits an animals inheritance…

I think there should be a limit, like $500,000 maximum for the dog, and the rest will go to the immidiate family, it doesnt matter if the deceased leaves a testament or not, for example the deceased had $250m and his will testament was to give it to the dog, but according to the law, only $500,000 is maximum…for an animal to inherit fortune…

so it means $249.5m should go to the children or brother, sister…relatives…

You know, when you die, it doesnt matter anymore, you dont own that money anymore, eventually it will belong to somebody else….its either your family or your lawyer or your pet…

But one thing is for sure, if you die, the money is not yours anymore…
