The NT falls flat compares to the OT. The OT has epics stories about floods and a man leading his people. The OT had excellent character delevolpment! You feel connected to the people of the OT and the God of the OT is a total badass. The NT is servely overrated. It has a cliched story about virgin birth and a boy with harry potter like powers. The NT either suffers from poor writing…More than half the stuff jesus says makes no sense. Or it has been severly edited by someone. It seems like their is a great deal missing from Jesus story maybe we will get an uncut version of the bible to fill in the missing pieces. Also the NT pushes my suspension of disbelief to the max, while reading the OT i was willing to supsene my beliefs because of the epic storys and battles but the virgin birth and a dead man coming back to life is a little to unrealistic. As I said hopefully the chruch will release the uncut version so we can see whole story. In my opinion the NT drags the OT down!

I will not award 10 points to any answer saying that it’s because the Jews followed God — all over the Bible, the Jews often abandoned God, yet were still the chosen people.

The implications found in the Bible are that God chose the Jews, and the Jews followed God as a result.
Clarification: WHY did God choose the Jews instead of, say, the Greeks or the Persians?

he was born during this time on or around Sept 29, 2 bc…give or take a day…but doesn’t it make since he will arrive during Harvest time to reap his Children from this world. I believe things are done in a orderly manner and this makes since to me.

FOOD FOR THOUGHT!!

If you are at all familiar with all the major events which God had to coincide with his Appointed Times, then this easily understood. Much of God’s eternal plan are consistently fulfilled on his “”SPECIAL DAYS”". Not surprisingly, we find Messiah Yeshua dying on the cross as our PASSOVER lamb on the very day of Pescha (Passover). “He lay in the grave on the Feast of Unleven Bread” and Messiah Yeshua, arose on the Feast of the FIRST FRUITS.”….WOW does this make since or what…………Remember the New Testament refers to Yeshua twice as the “First Fruits0 1 Corinthians 15:20

But each in his own Turn: Christ, the First Fruits; then, when he comes, those who belong to him will be changed at the last trump.

Certain descriptive details about how people would actually parish are outlined in the bibles old testament. Can you remember which area of the book this information is located at and what were the details painted out as it pertains to how people will initially begin to die?
