Should i name her:
Sapphira (Saph for short…but then remember it’s also very similar to the name of Eragon’s dragon which is kinda weird even though i would have it pronounced/spelled differently)
or Seraphina=pronounced Sear-uh-fin-uh (Saph for short also) (NOT Sarah-FEEN-uh or anything that ends in feena cuz that’s kidna annoying)
Sapphira is Greek and is from “The Old testament” or something when she gets killed for lying…not very appealing. I can also spell it Sappheire which….i have no idea how to pronounce.
Seraphina is a feminine form of the late latin name, “Seraphinus” which is derived from the biblical word “Seraphim” which is hebrew in origin and means “Fiery Ones” which i think is pretty cool.
So take your pick:
Seraphina pronounced Sear-uh-fin-uh meaning fiery one
or Sapphira/Sappheire which is from the bible or something where someone was killed by god for lying
Either way her name will be Saph but just wondering what you would think a better full first name
