Rac: With all due respect, this is pretty arrogant. It reminds me of open-application credit card offers in the early 90′s wherein banks offered opened lines of credit to credit-worthy consumers without the consumer’s knowledge or approval. It was up to the consumer to find out about the account and close it before finance charges accrued. Needless to say, this practice has been outlawed.

She has a total of 8 children and the 3 who took her to get a new LWandT drawn up are fighting the other 5 children for Guardianship of Person and they (the 3) won’t let any of the 5 other children see the LWandT. Right now no one has Guardianship of Person over my Grandmother. Is there any possible way that that the other 5 children can see the LWandT? What if our lawyer asked to see it?
