My daughter, who will soon be 18, has a baby. They live with me while she finishes school. She has been very responsible and things are working out great. The baby’s dad is not in the picture and he is not listed on the birth certificate. What I want to know is besides a Last Will and Testament, is there another legal document we should do to to protect our granddaughter and make sure she would stay with us, her grandparents, if something were to happen to our daughter. Doesn’t the fact that Christians include the Book of the Jews in their Bible mean that Christians are honoring Jews by doing this?
