Had a death in the family and as far as we know there isn’t a will, so what steps does one need to do to get an administrator assigned in order to find a will or bank info. The county has locked the property up in order to keep tresspassing to a minimum. Please any help will be appreciated!

Two days ago, my uncle George died in a car accident. He was moving his great-granddaughter and granddaughter. His daughter Reba was driving (she is fine, although abusing her pain killers).
As soon as possible, Georges other two daughters, Debbie and Bobbie, flew down to his town to be with family and take care of everything.
Now, the granddaughter (who WAS moving) decided that very night that she wants to take his house. And before Debbie and Bobbie could get there, the granddaughter and her mother Reba went through Georges house and took as many valuables, his credit cards, anything they could find. They also took his will and testament. Reba has convinced Bobbie that it would be okay for her daughter to move in, “because she doesnt want her to carry any guilt”. (might i add that her daughter has many many abusive, alcoholic, druggie boyfriends and she loves to party, hence the reason she was kicked out of her last house)
Debbie is against it, along with the rest of the family, who do not have a say because it is now technically the three daughters’ house.
My question is, does there need to be an attorney to read the will (which Reba won’t show anyone)?
If the granddaughter gets the house, she will take everything. I am not super opinionated about it all, but am just saying it how I see it.
How can the other family, like myself, get involved fairly?
Should there be a mediator (like one of George’s brothers or sisters) who should read it and decide what he would have wanted?
Ugh it is just sad it had to come to this.
Thank you for reading and hope to get some advice.

My grandfather died about 6 years ago. When he was alive he had made up a will. He has 2 girls and 2 boy s(one of them being my dad). The will specifies that once he died and his wife died (she is 93 and still alive) that the money goes to the kids.
My father died in october 2006. Now that he died. The aunt that is the executor of the will doesnt want to include us in any activities (like my grandmas birthday party..and she has been telling my grandma lies that we dont like her or want anything to do with her) (prob why she didnt invite us to the party…so looks like we dont like her).
A family source told us that when my grandma dies the will is set up as :
The money goes to the kids. If the kid dies (my father) it then goes to the children. So that would mean my sister and I.
Now, Since my gma isnt gone yet (poor thing…i love her) and my aunt is already trying to exclude us. WE believe that she wont give us part of the money due. What do we do?
Do I need a lawyer>?
I have no money for a lawyer. Can I get a document stating what we should get? Can my aunt alter anything in the will?

He passed away suddenly leaving my mother, little sister (12), I (18) and two much older children (late 40s) from a previous marriage. He left no testament and now the older children are trying to take my dad’s restaurant (my family’s only income) away because he started it with his ex-wife. My mom was with my dad for 20 years but married for 13. His ex-wife is claiming his social security check because she was with him for longer.
Can anyone help me, by telling me what happens if no testament is left? and does his EX-wife have right to anything?

You say that the Old Testament is fulfilled and that it doesn’t concern you right? You are New Testament Christians right? Consider the following:
Luke 24:25
25Then he said unto them, O fools, and slow of heart to believe all that the prophets have spoken:
If Jesus called these guys fools for not believing “ALL” that the prophets spoke and you don’t follow “Any” of it, what does that make you?

Can Last Will and Testament Be Modified if Mother Did Not Know the Beneficiaries?
My Mother’s Will indicated that she wanted my Trust to be for my support at the discretion of the Trustees or for education of any children I had … “the maintenance, support and welfare”. The Will also states that the principal will go to my children when I die.
The Trustee is my sister, who also is the Administrator and Executor of the Will.
My Mother did not put the names of my children in her Will, nor did she even know them when she wrote her Will.
My children both are grown now, and do not speak to me or any of my family. Unfortunately, my children turned out to be money hungry and very rude and disrespectful.
My sister, the Trustee, wants to break the Trust but my 2 children refuse to do so.
My sister also does not want the principal to go to my children, as she knows my Mother would not approve if she knew them.
Is there anything we can do?
