last will and testament
Kittly asked:

My dearly beloved cat, Blackened, passed away on October 17th, 2008. I’ve painted a portrait of him on a small wooden box along with his nickname of Blackie. Inside this “Funeral Box” I’ve placed some pictures of him. I have a small cat plushie that looks like him as well, but it doesn’t fit in the box. Even so, I curl up, snuggle it, and cry while I flick through the pictures. I am working on writing a “last will and testament” type thing that I can read to look back on to remember that he lived a happy life.

So, alng with these things, what else should I put in Blackie’s memory box?

If you’re going to answer calling me emo, or saying I’m too attached to him, then don’t bother wasting your time. This cat lived to be older than I am right now, and was like an older brother to me.

Discussion: Discuss the way in which the book of Daniel addresses the
issue of living faithfully in a Gentile world. Why would this issue
have been so significant for the historical situation during which
Daniel was written? Be sure to include both the court narratives (1-6)
and the apocalyptic section (7-12) in your discussion. (A full answer
will include information about the historical period in which Daniel was
written and at least one example from each section of the book of Daniel
itself.)

Extra Credit: List the 39 books of the Old Testament in their
traditional Protestant order.* Full credit will be 10 points; I do give
partial credit, about 1/4 of a point each.
*If you prefer to use a different traditional listing, you must let me
know! You cannot just make up your own order.

Post-test Review: “testament” (what does it mean?); Passover,
Documentary Hypothesis (JEPD), language of the Old Testament, Hagar,
historical situation of the book of Judges, Davidic Covenant, Isaiah,
ethical monotheism, Babylonian exile, messiah
even a few good definitions will help, or study ideas for remember the 39 books in order

Are the any legal ways I can appeal against my late aunt’s decision to name a boyfriend, namely a total stranger to the family, as the only person that benefits from her Last Will? He gets everything she possessed – the estates and the money.

How can I reverse the decision? I’m not thinking about hiring a lawyer just yet, I’m only conducting research until I familiarize myself with the case.

Any help appreciated! Thank you.
I have money and am well-off. My aunt’s only son died four years ago, she has no husband. This makes me a direct benefactor.

Her lover is in his twenties. He met her five weeks ago and practically moved in with her until she died of brain aneurysm. I have come across this information just recently. I never spoke to this man directly. He avoids any contact with my family.

How can I make him approach us when he refuses phone calls?
