last will and testament
asked:

A few years ago when my great uncle passed away I was the one who had inherited his huge castle like mansion. This dwelling was much like the castles you see in storybooks. It was tall and gray, with a huge iron gate with steel narrow spikes preventing burglars from climbing over. Behind these rather ancient characteristics, the inside of the castle was complete with motion detectors and bulletproof windows that had been glazed several times over to prevent people from peeking in. My uncle was a rather paranoid man despite his calm, wrinkly exterior. His castle was not like the ones where Cinderella and Briar Rose and her fairies lived in.When you saw this mansion you would remember the story of the Selfish Giant and his Garden, or rather, without the garden because my uncle never believed in wasting money on unreasonable extravagance on his temporary accommodation, which is ironic because he spent over a fourth of his fortune securing his fortress and had been living in it for 20 years. So, I wasn’t very eager to live in this house. I, myself, preferred large spacious houses with large windows, near the beach or a park. Homey and smelling good, with a vase of daisies I had picked outside, not fake looking, clipped roses. This new house I had inherited shouldn’t even be considered a house, my uncle wouldn’t have permitted it, it was too much of a concrete/steel jungle and straight box lines to make it comfortable enough to be a home. But I can not go against my uncle’s last will and testament, so in a few months I was standing in front of the door of the castle.
also….how old do you think I was when I wrote this piece of writing.
I am curious because people give different opinions of a writing depending on the age of the author.

Are the any legal ways I can appeal against my late aunt’s decision to name a boyfriend, namely a total stranger to the family, as the only person that benefits from her Last Will? He gets everything she possessed – the estates and the money.

How can I reverse the decision? I’m not thinking about hiring a lawyer just yet, I’m only conducting research until I familiarize myself with the case.

Can I sue him?

Any help appreciated! Thank you.
I’m from US.

They’ve known each other for a couple of weeks before she passed away, and have spent her last moments shacked up in bed. I think it’s distasteful because she was a senior woman and he’s in his twenties. I have no doubt he is a gold digger.

I cannot earnestly claim that she suffered from dementia because there are no legal documents proving so but her decision to leave everything (millions of $) to him was definitely made in a spur of the moment.
I just want to know if it’s possible to somehow give him a hell of a time getting the money.

Are there any ways I can slow down the transaction and on what grounds am I allowed to sue him?

How can anybody believe that a human being was actually God incarnate? The fact that the Messiah was not going to be just a prophet but Mighty God himself, was therefore a truth that had been prophesied seven hundred years Before Christ in the Old Testament(Tawrat) by prophet Isaiah, and not something that had been made up by Christians many years or centuries after Christ! It was God’s own promise that he will come in flesh (Immanuel = God with us) and will establish a kingdom that will last forever.

I am an EX MUSLIM, accepted Jesus Christ as my LORD and SAVIOR.
In Isa.7:14, we read,
“Therefore the Lord himself will give you a sign: The virgin will be with child and will give birth to a son, and will call him Immanuel.”
Nunya, urs sounds like surrender to Jesus Christ in comming days.

he was born during this time on or around Sept 29, 2 bc…give or take a day…but doesn’t it make since he will arrive during Harvest time to reap his Children from this world. I believe things are done in a orderly manner and this makes since to me.

FOOD FOR THOUGHT!!

If you are at all familiar with all the major events which God had to coincide with his Appointed Times, then this easily understood. Much of God’s eternal plan are consistently fulfilled on his “”SPECIAL DAYS”". Not surprisingly, we find Messiah Yeshua dying on the cross as our PASSOVER lamb on the very day of Pescha (Passover). “He lay in the grave on the Feast of Unleven Bread” and Messiah Yeshua, arose on the Feast of the FIRST FRUITS.”….WOW does this make since or what…………Remember the New Testament refers to Yeshua twice as the “First Fruits0 1 Corinthians 15:20

But each in his own Turn: Christ, the First Fruits; then, when he comes, those who belong to him will be changed at the last trump.
Yes no one knows the Hour of his return but we know the generation (season)……..It started during the time Israel became a nation……….there are three generations that Gods speaks of…..The 40 yr generation where the Isralites where lost in the Desert….then you have the seventy yr generation where isreal was held captive and released…then you have the 120 yr generation which man was pointed to live in that span of time in the Flesh through the words of Moses if my memory serves me.

He said several times while he was alive that he would make a last will & testament leaving me everything he owns, which amounts to more than 2 million net worth. However, he passed before he could have a will made. Now will everything go to the government, or will I be able to claim his estate? Includes property, stocks, bonds, bank accounts. He lived in Nevada.

marriage??

Most don’t want to use YOUR system (ie christian) they just want the same legal rights and their own commitment ceremony. Therefore, they can have a civil ceremony, as it’s because marriage is for most not a religious institution…it is a bond between two people that love, and care for one another….

From dictionary.com:

4. a relationship in which two people have pledged themselves to each other in the manner of a husband and wife, without legal sanction: trial marriage; ********** marriage.

In many countries and some states *** marriage is legal. It’s time for the rest of them to come out of the dark ages…..don’t you think?

why should their supposed “sin” be judged any worse than your “sin” ? Have you been following all of your god’s 600+ laws??

Consider Matthew 5:17-20
17 “Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them. 18 I tell you the truth, until heaven and earth disappear, not the smallest letter, not the least stroke of a pen, will by any means disappear from the Law until everything is accomplished. 19Anyone who breaks one of the least of these commandments and teaches others to do the same will be called least in the kingdom of heaven, but whoever practices and teaches these commands will be called great in the kingdom of heaven. 20 For I tell you that unless your righteousness surpasses that of the Pharisees and the teachers of the law, you will certainly not enter the kingdom of heaven.

So, supposedly, according to jesus himself– you are suppose to OBEY ALL THE LAWS AND THE PROPHETS UNTIL HEAVEN AND EARTH DISAPPEAR. This means all of the 600+ laws and the prophets HAVE to be obeyed…

BTW It says nothing about Jesus having fulfilled the laws, or that you are under a new covenant…..it specifically says ANYONE, which means EVERYONE that believes and follows this stuff, and UNTIL HEAVEN AND EARTH DISAPPEAR.

This would include the following and any other ignorant law or command from any of the prophets from the old testament:

Leviticus 15:19
“When a woman has her regular flow of blood, the impurity of her monthly period will last seven days, and anyone who touches her will be unclean till evening.”
Leviticus 15:20
“Anything she lies on during her period will be unclean, and anything she sits on will be unclean.”
most christians claim you are sinners and are not perfect and yet you marry, so using your logic, you should not have been given the right to marry either.

Hypocrisy at its finest…..

My mother passed away on Friday and my stepdad is trying to sell off all of her belongings as of the day after. I have a holographic codicil and addendum to her last will and testament that she left with me about a yr ago. I’m trying to find out what legal standing i have in this situation. I’m trying to go by my mom’s wishes and she wanted me to get her jewelry. She specifically told me on numerous occasions that she didnt want her husband to get it and sell it off. Do I have any legal standing in this case? I’m told that the codicil is legally binding but how can I stop him from selling the stuff if he currently has possesion of it? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Protestant revolution was not the origin of protestantism. The first protestant church was the apostolic church. (the church depicted in new testament do not pray to “saints” or use statues\images in prayer worship.) Thus it was protestant in essence.
Later in 4th century constantine the roman emperor made christianity the official religion of roman empire. But majority in his empire was still pagan and they found it hard to forgo of their old idolatrous practices. So they changed the names of their old idols to “christian” ones and started praying to them . This came to be known as “intercession to saints” and is still practiced by catholic and orthodox “christians”. Iconoclastic movement of 7th century was against this practice, later protestant revolution (15-16th century) was waged mainly against this practice.
Thus when constantine made christianity the state religion ,idolatry also entered along with it in the unsuspecting name of “intercession to saints”.This soon spread to most of the church, because such was the influence of roman empire at that time. But few like followers of mani ~ Manichean’s (mani was a 2nd century apostle of jesus whose followers spread from persia to balkans in the west and to china in the east, before falling into oblivion probably because of islamic conquest) & donatists(N.African christians who didn’t submit to idolatry of intercession to saints) remained true to the gospel of christ.
Later they spread to turkey and balkans where they were called paulicians and bogomils respectively. They were behind the iconoclastic movement hich i have mentioned above. Both these groups came under heavy persecution from catholics because they dared to expose the truth of christ to them. Finally they were wiped out by catholic crusaders in 12th century .
But almost simultaneously spirit of god started 2 new christian movem ents in heart of catholicism itself~in italy and france . In italy they were called waldensians and in france they were called cathars .Cathars were wiped out in the 12th centutry by catholic crusaders~a mass murder popularly called as cathar/albinesian crusade (catholic church still take great pride in these crusades) .But italian waldensians continued inspite of severe catholic persecution and they remain to this day .
By 15th century printing was invented and bible became available to masses . They came to know about truth that catholic church was doing idolatry in the name of god . They revolted and it came to be known as protestant revolution and were led by many great leaders like jan hus,jan zizka, martin luther, ulrich zwigli, john calvin, john knox, john wesley and many others .Today protestants number more than 900 million .
In future (after the soon coming WW3) they will unite as single god’s church and all people living on earth will be it’s members. The 3rd Temple will be rebuilt on Jerusalem and will be called “HOUSE OF PRAYER FOR PEOPLE OF ALL NATIONS” and animal & other sacrifices will be offered there in the rememberance of eternal sacrifice of Jesus on the cross just as it symbolized the coming sacrifice of christ in the 1st & 2nd Temples. This will remain till coming of christ ( rapture) .In rapture believers will be taken and hypocrites left behind to face great tribulation(such as never happened before or never will in the future) which will last for 7 years. In the half of this 7 year period antichrist will break his agreement with jews and put up the awful horror inthe holy temple. He will require all to have number 666 imprinted on them to buy or sell. Those who get this mark of 666 are damned for eternal hell.So anybody who happens to be in tribulation period, want salvation he/she has to die as martyrs or get the mark of christ(144,000 people).
I understand catholics will be angered by this, but their anger is in vain because this is the truth and truth will triumph. Also note that throughout the centuries catholics branded(and still branding) all these groups as dualistic pagans heretics who need to be wiped out from face of earth… such brandings were less effective against prots probably because of Words of Jesus-i shall build my church(protestant-godschurch) on this rock(the revelation given to peter by holyspirit that Jesus is Christ, the eternal, only Son of God) and gates of hell (catholic & other false religions) shall not overcome it”
@kate-Apostles didn’t have anything to protest about since, catholic church was born only in the 4th century as i have said.I said that, therefore apostolic church is protestant in essesence, not that they ‘protested’.
@origami-what i have presented to you is the truth, which you shall know for sure in the near future. It appears twisted to you because you are indoctrinated by catholic priests. No pastor/protestant teacher taught this to me,i have done my own research, albeit taking great pains to present the facts, since most facts have been already twisted by your catholic ‘church’.
@Salvation a free gift-you said-”some are less ludicrous than others, but none plausible”-can you give me an intelligent reason why you consider “none plausible” instead of just blind faith in catholicism.Obviousle any such reasoning will culminate in your interpretation weather the catholic & orthodox practice of “intercession of (dead) saints using images/statues” is idolatry or not.You are the one to decide with your conscience, god has put none over you, to decide it for you…God bless.
@cadisney-i consider mormons christians and protestant since the donot practice “intercession of (dead) saints”.If anybody donot consider them protestant they are self deceievers. Also i donot like the term ‘protestant’ since it’s only a stereotyping by catholics to discredit christians.
