I mean McCain would be 72, and spending a lot of time writing his last will and testament, so I think it would be important to know whoo he would elect as Vice President.

McCain’s old age and dementia are setting in. He says too many “misstatements”. Either accidentally (dementia) or intentional (lying).

I am trying to figure out how to proceed. To make a long story short, about 40 yrs ago, my grandfather left a Last Will and Testament. In this will, he owned 287 acres of land. He left an undivided 1/8 of an acre to each of his children and his grandchildren. He left 36 of those 287 acres to his wife. He later created a Codicil to his will stating that upon his wife’s death, the 36 acres he gave her, would go back to his children. His wife (now deceased) renounced her 36 acres and wanted a Widow’s Allowance. She had a stroke and was bedridden, and also could not write. The court sold several acres of the heir land and gave her a widow’s allowance. The officers of the court (the chancery clerk, etc) decided that the land could not be divided equally, so they took the land, attempted to pay each one of the heirs $600 for their share. No one took the money, but the court took the land anyway. The chancery clerk appointed himself as the owner of the land and proceeded to sell off acres and acres for the past 40yrs. This was a black sharecropping family in Mississippi. We are just trying to get our family land back. I live in Tennessee, but the 287 acres are located in Mississippi. Please, serious answers only. No jokes or smart comments. We need all the help we can get.

what was in her last will and testament. Is there a way that I can find out this information on the internet without having to contact family members, since they are the ones that did not want me around for the reading of the will. She always told me that she was leaving me something.
