As I type i am inspired the Holy Spirit, the source of God’s grace. A new era has begun. Soon all men will speak the language of the heart. It will come as an “insanity” and spread as a fire in the hearts and minds of all men. Our spirits shall be unveiled to each other, with a oneness of love, in faith that we have overcome the futility and the self centeredness of the “living individual”. Can you feel the rumbling in your heart? Do you hear the crickets in the daylight? The Lord speaks a language common to all individuals. Soon all men will hear, speak and understand the language of the heart. As Gods agents here on earth we are graced with the responsibility to help each other yet we are all called back to God before our works are done. Let me help you finish the works you have begun here on earth by adding me to your last will and testament and be comforted that we, at last, have entered a new age of enlightenment.
Will respond to all serious inquiries.

I want to file a post nuptial agreement regarding my husband’s assets, liabilities and life insurances would be his. I’m sick and tired of my husband’s telling me about his property and money and inheritance would be given to his children and grandchildren from ex-wife. And I’m not interested with his money, house and everything it’s all his. I told him to have a last will and testament so that I won’t get anything from him when he died. Im not interested because he has nothing. He has a lot of debts, loans. We don’t even have savings. I don’t have access with his banks account and everything I’m just only a housemaid here without salary.
So what I’lll do I am going to file a post-nuptial agreement so that whatever life insurances family plan that he bought for me I want them to be voided. I don’t know that he bought family-plan life insurance and whatever happen to me he will be the beneficiary. I want them to be voided just in case he bough family plan life insurance.
My question is how much will it cost to file a Post Nuptial AGreement here in Michigan.
I want to include in that agreement. All that he owns is his and in the future if I can stand on my own I want mine is mine too. And every life insurances would be voided just in case something happen to me he might claim life insurance money out of my life. Anyway, that’s what he told me I won’t get anything because that’s for his children and grandchildren. He told me I’m still young and can remarry if he die.
He is only 53 years old. My inlaws relatives they don’t like me because as if for them my husband is rich because he is the one and only relative that they have who is working. All of his relatives don’t have job and poor. I see how they always asked help from him. They made him as the bread winner and bank that they can withdraw anytime they want. We’re newly married; My husband is only a fireman, soon to retire, had filed bankruptcy 5 yrs ago, paid child support with 5 children
My husband paid alimony, the house is not yet paid in full, he has nothing. He has lots of debts, loans before I marry him. As if for them my husband is rich because my husband is boastful, he is proud when they say he is rich if they only knew. He wear nice clothes eventhough no money on his pocket that’s why all his relatives asking for help money whenever they see him all his relatives they hands are asking for an alms. They see my husband a walking dollar man. That’s the way my husband like he likes to be well known as a rich man. But if they only knew we have nothing even to buy me a piece of panty. He is stingy with me.

Suppose I inherit a home because I am in some ones will.
Suppose They have a “Last will & testament” & I am on there to Inherit the home.
Do I have to pay taxes on the home? (The Transaction of receiving the home) I am aware of Property taxes that are due each year.
And suppose the house was originally bought at $50,000 but now is worth $300,000.
Just wanted to throw that out there so u can tell me an idea of what taxes would be if there are any.
Just curious that’s all.
thank you!
& May God bless your life!

A) You found out a week ago that an eccentric philanthropist that you had met once during a party just left you a LOT of money before he died. B) However, you find out this week that the pain in your back is stage II cancer and the prognosis is not good? Doctor says you have 3-6 months to live – at most 12. C) The “love of your life” just came back into your life and he/she wants you to fly back to his/her city with him/her and spend your final days there. This is the person that you have loved the most and missed the most all your life. D) Your family expects you to be with them. E) However, a provision in the money you received states that you must fly to a 3rd world country and spend the money in a certain country and you have to oversee the disbursement process per the last wishes of the rich philanthropist. The Last Will and Testament states you have 3 months to help the poor and very needy people of this country. Which option would you take and why?

My husband and I are ready to file a will so that our young son will be taken care of should we both die. We don’t own anything of value, really, except a car which will go to my mother. Basically we want everything of sentimental value to go to our son. Everything else can be sold to cover the expenses to get us cremated. Will an attorney want an itemized list? Do we make our son’s potential guardians the executor? Our son will not be going to our families as they are getting up there in age and instead would go to our best friends who have stable jobs, want children, know and love our son, and have already agreed to be his guardians. Thanks for any help as I have never been through this process before.
Thank you so much – especially about the bank accounts! We do not have any insurance, and probably won’t until we are both out of graduate school and have some money to work with. I also know that guardianship can be contested, but we are going to leave a letter for each of our families asking to respect our wishes and list our reasons for leaving the child to someone younger.

Father passes on and his Last Will & Testament has adult daughter #1 as executor. Daughter #1 is also “joint tenant with right of survivorship” on his house which is worth 200K. Father has another 70K in mutual funds and assets. Am I correct in asserting that daughter #1 now owns the house and estate is worth ~70K?
Does that mean that the estate does NOT have to probated?
Don’t worry, sports fans: Daughter #1 will split entire estate including home with Daughter #2! the only question is whether we have to hire an attorney in order to probate the estate.
