I Am preparing my aunts Last Will and Testament, I obtain a copy from the Internet. Do we need to legalize it? Or getting it notarized will be sufficient?

For example, property was removed from a deceased person’s home prior to the execution of the will by a lawyer, which, that property as stated in the last will and testament, was supposed to go to someone else.

My husband and I did last week, just in case, you never know. Although we are both young and healthy, we had thought of this for years (our children are 9&10 years old) but finally decided to do this. We both felt a little awkward but then, I decided that: in the event I should suffer an accident that would leave me “brain dead”, he must “pull the plug”. I don’t think I want him to have any “guilt feelings” if it should come to that point. I want him to be an emotionally strong and fit father for my kids.
Ellie: Good point about the legal guardians, etc. Those were important issues that we made very clear from the beginning. But the part that I mention in my question, was the one that made me feel uncomfortable. LOL !

Revelation was written in the latter part of the 1st century AD, between 68-70 AD. Now compare this date to the dates of the other books listed above. (and please note the differences between [scholarly opinion] and actual found fragments).

So why is Revelation the last book in the Bible when it was written before a lot of the other books of the New Testament?
@click. That has nothing to do with this.
@Stephan. I am Atheist.
But, I also know and can prove that Revelation contains a huge amount of historical fact. So whats your point?
HINT: Was Revelation ever canonnized and what [year] was it finally accepted?
Answer these and you’ll figure it out…;)
@Click. Revelation is Apocalypse in Greek and simply means [the act of revealing or unveiling].
Now please, stay on topic.:)
@Toney. Lets just say I’ve dabbled in Koine Greek…:P
@click. *sigh* The name of the book is completely irrelevent to the question I asked concerning this topic. And had absolutely nothing to do with why it was placed at the back of the bible. Simply re-read the topic and question again and then try to answer. :)
@click. Actually, it was placed at the back because it wasn’t accepted until 900 yrs after it was written and by this time, the Bible, had already been put together (so no one wished to rearrange it). Also, Revelation is apocryphal, but yet, is included in the New Testament, just not accepted as divinely inspired by the Eastern Orthodox. And is why I said and still say that you’re answer had nothing to do with the question. If it did, then since the Apocalypse (Revelation) of Peter had the same title, wouldn’t it also qualify? This is why your answer is not acceptable.

I have only a sketchy understanding of the history of the Bible. When was the last chapter of the Bible written? I guess different denominations adhere to different classifications. For example, I’ve been told that the Book of Mormons is considered a 3rd Testament and was published in the first half of the 19th century. I’m also aware that there are doctrines and other parts of the canon that are constantly being updated or reviewed by the Vatican. But what about the New Testament? When was the last passage written and by whom?
Dink: I didn’t ask about the Bible as the Word of God. I asked about the Bible as a historical book important to many of the world’s people. The question is about the history of the book itself.
