He doesn’t seem to be smiting nearly as much as he used to, or if he is it gets blamed on terroists, too much heat in the Atlantic Ocean, or shifting tectonic plates. What was the last big smite he did that he was given clear credit for (not counting any claims by Pat Robertson or Fred Phillips)?

My friend’s father passed away a few years ago and left behind a will to show how he would like his assets to be distributed. My friend was not concerned at the time about the contents of the will, since he was mourning the loss of his father, so he never asked to see it.
Over the last couple of years, his two brothers have given him reason to believe that he is actually entitled to more of his father’s estate, than what they have told him he is entitled to. His brother claims that he is the executer of the will and has even gone so far as to tell my friend that he is in charge of the money that my friend knows is his from the inheritance. His brothers have told him that he is only able to recieve a one small monthly alotment his own money and when he is able to receive it. (My friend and his brothers are in their late 40′s, so the chances it being a “responsiblity” issue are not likely.)
Their lifestyles however, suggest that they are not living on a small monthly alotment of their “share” of the inheritance and that my friend really is being cheated out of a huge portion of what is rightfully his.
My friend was really close to his father, while his two brothers did not have such a close relationship with him, so it is very unlikely that his father would have put the stipulations on how my friend spent his inhetitance.
Recently, my friend has suffered some financial distress and the money that he knows that he is supposed to be getting has all but stopped, for one excuse or another, so my friend would like to find out once and for all what the will actually says so that he can get away from his brothers altogether.
My friend cannot remember what law firm drew up his fathers will, so that he can look into this further.
Is there any other way that my friend can find out exactly what the will said, once and for all?
Thank you for your answers!

I’m writing a novel that includes someone’s death, and I’m wondering about wills.
1) If 2 people that are included in a will are married, should they be together? (For instance, Mr & Mrs. Smith – do they get $8,000 between them or $4,000 each?)
2) If you’re a minor, it’s legal to be involved in a will, correct? Do you have to be accompanied by a legal adult/guardian?
3) The only people allowed in the room are the lawyer and the people in the will (and the legal guardians, possibly), right? Or is there anyone else?
4) Is it just read aloud? How does one proceed after the reading of the will? Is the exchanging of everything instantaneous, or what?
5) It’s personal, correct? Such as “here’s my advice, blah blah blah”?
6) How much $ is typically given to people from a middle-aged, long-retired man?
If you could answer even one of my questions, that would be fantastic. Thanks

the entire old testament is bunk including the Noah story and Adam and Eve story?
Mike you must be pretty old to be calling me “son”.
eric – “Same reason we don’t have regulations about how to build our roofs” But we do – called building codes.
You all have been very enlightening. You would think after eight or nine years of Catechism classes those nuns would have taught me something. But all in all I have to go with Kathryn’s and Jedi’s answers.
